Associate Director/Director, Corporate Communications
Description: We are seeking an Associate Director or Director of Corporate Communications to drive the planning, development and implementation of all investor relations, public relations, and corporate communications strategies. This position may be based in Waltham, MA or San Francisco, CA. You will be responsible for ensuring proper and consistent positioning of OXiGENE with internal and external constituencies. This position will report directly to the CEO, but will work very closely with members of the management team including our CFO, CMO, CSO and CBO. Responsibilities include:
Communicate OXiGENE’s corporate messaging internally and externally enabling the company to speak with “one voice” in building awareness of OXiGENE and our therapeutic compounds for cancer and eye disease
Manage external IR and PR firms.
Lead the development of investor relations materials including related press releases, investor kit, event promotions, annual report, clinical and preclinical news updates, and other corporate materials
Serve as initial point of contact for all prospective investors
Plan and manage marketing events for sr. management to meet with analysts and interested investors as part of road show meetings, one-on-one meetings investor conferences
Draft all corporate presentations for the investment community and manage message training for members of senior management
Coordinate all quarterly investor relations activities including drafting quarterly press releases, arranging conference calls, drafting scripts and crafting Q&As
Research and target potential institutional shareholders
Develop and manage interaction with sell-side analysts
Create thought leadership campaigns to increase our visibility
Coordinate OXiGENE’s participation in trade events
Manage the corporate website to provide consistent messages to investors, patients, and o |
