The following is our employee conduct and appearance code. Please review it before you consider applying for a job with us. This is what is expected of each employee. All employees are required to read, understand, and abide by the rules and regulations of Stewart's Carpentry, Inc. Acknowledgement of doing so will require signing the document and will be placed on file for our records.

EMPLOYEE CONDUCT AND APPEARANCE
Employee must be able to work 5 days a week, arriving on jobsite on time allowing enough time to cover traffic and weather conditions and preparation for work.
Once on jobsite, employee is expected to work in a manner as to keep up with the pace of construction progress.
Mental Sobriety: Employee is to refrain from using alcoholic beverages, mind altering drugs, prescription drugs that would jeopardize employees safety as well as the safety of fellow employees. Any employee who reports for work and does not appear to be mentally sober or who has evidences of drug abuse (such as alcohol breath, loss of balance, etc) shall be sent home on the first offence. Second offense (in the same week), employee shall be dismissed from service until such time as employee can work mentally sober or seeks professional help.
Dress Code: Employee is to wear clothing that is appropriate for carpentry work and exposure to the elements. Shoes must be a boot or similar shoe to protect the feet from injury. Safety shoes are not required, but a good
