Our managers enjoy a unique balance of ownership and company support to help them grow their shops. They are "hands on" managers how work side by side with people they hire and train. We believe that the growth of our business depends on growth of our people. It is this long-term focus that is the key to our success. Our managers are paid a base pay plus monthly bonuses based on growth (20%) and profitability (1/3). Their income grows as the shop grows.

District Manager
