Charlotte Regional Service Center
was established in 1988 as Barclays American Financial, and was acquired by
CitiFinancial in March of 1990. The Charlotte location has evolved into a Regional Service Center servicing
more than 1 billion dollars in assets for the company. The primary function is collections. They collect
accounts for the Branch Network, Private Label, Real Estate and Mobile Home portfolios. They process payments
and provide all aspects of customer service. A predictive dialer and call optimization software is used to
