ATE Sales Account Manager
To sell Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to US based semiconductor companies of all sizes.
Basic Purpose and Objectives:
Develop a technical understanding of the equipment
Cultivate existing customer relationships
Develop an account penetration strategy and manage customer sales cycle including: prospecting, qualifying leads, generating proposals, and negotiating the sale.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to Sales Manager
Works closely with ATE Sales Account Managers worldwide and ATE operations.
Responsibilities:
Achieves assigned revenue targets through repeat business and new account penetration
Develops and maintains a pipeline to provide reasonably accurate sales forecasts
Maintains product, and market expertise.
Lead global account approach for US based customers within worldwide ATE team
Willingness to travel a must
Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree or the equivalent in work experience and at least five years of successful experience in selling equipment to the semiconductor industry. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), have the aptitude to understand and discuss the customer’s processes and requirements, and must be able to sell through a systems solution approach.
