Medical
For full-time employees and their eligible dependents, 7-Eleven offers a consumer driven health program through United Healthcare. If you elect medical coverage, you also are eligible for prescription drug coverage. A vision plan is available for full-time employees as well.
For part-time employees, an affordable basic medical plan is available, which includes a limited prescription drug benefit plan.
Dental
Three dental options are available to full-time employees including a premium dental plan, a preferred provider organization (PPO) and a prepaid dental program.
An affordable basic dental coverage plan is available for part time employees.
Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan
Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan is available to all employees after one year of employment. The 7-Eleven Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan allows you to save for your retirement on a pre-tax basis. You will receive a company matching contribution each pay period based on your contribution rate. Your contributions, company contributions, and earnings are not taxed until you withdraw them from the plan.
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
