Data2Logistics, a global leader in the freight payment and logistical information delivery industry, is rapidly expanding and is now accepting applications for the position of Financial Analyst at the Ft. Myers, Florida location
The Financial Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely financial records, financial analysis, and budgeting functions for the company
Responsibilities include:Assist in the development of annual operating and capital budgets, monitor actual operating results against budgets. Assist with recommendations for process and reporting improvements and implementing enhancements. Maintain accurate/timely financial records via journal entries, account analysis and reconciliations. Support monthly and year-end close process and audits by external auditors. Prepare and distribute internal reports for management. Assist with special projects.
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting and/or equivalent with a minimum of 5 yrs accounting/finance experience, must possess strong communication skills, must be proficient with spreadsheets and databases, Windows, ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner and work with minimal supervision, strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
