Position Overview
- Technical and commercial sales responsibility for major European customers
- Implementation of targets within the regional and worldwide strategy; Cooperation with worldwide Account Managers
- Identification of new projects and opportunities; Drive new design-in activities of MPS' entire product portfolio
- Interface to Sales Channels, Corporate Applications / Marketing / Fulfillment Departments

Involvement in tactical marketing, strategic planning, and corporate business processes
Required Skills
- Fluency in English, written and oral
- Convincing presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills at all levels; Social compatibility in a multi-cultural environment
- Well organized, neat work habits; Independent, energetic, self-motivated and pro-active
- Excellent personal presentation to represent MPS
- Team player
- Proven capabilities in building relationships with Customers
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and commitments
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Region, up to 50% of the time
Required Experience
-
Experience and good understanding of Consumer Electronics / Communications applications and systems
- Good knowledge of semiconductors competitive landscape, with focus on analog / mixed-signal products
- 5+ years experience as technical / field sales engineer, FAE or similar

Candidates with less experience but exceptional abilities will be seriously considered
Education
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar required

Business degree is a plus
