Promotion Coordinator
Assist Promotion Managers with the coordination and implementation of multiple rebate, premium fulfillment, and sweepstakes promotions, acting as interface between client and CPG. This position offers an excellent entry point for higher-level opportunities within Client Relations Management and CPG for a recent college graduate.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Promotion Manager in the management of relationships with major high leverage blue chip Fortune 500 clients insuring their promotions are executed in a smooth and timely fashion. Manage relationships with internal departments to support smooth promotion fulfillment. Assume responsibility for the successful marketing of client promotion(s) once initial client relationships have been developed by Senior Management or Sales. Assist in the set up operational requirements of promotions including start and end dates, dollar amount of promotions, last day to submit, terms and conditions to qualify for promotion, submission requirements for consumer, tracking, information requirements, and other promotion details, all to flow in a smooth and timely fashion. Research client and consumer inquiries and resolve issues/problems/complaints in a timely manner. Interface with all CPG departments, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all disciplines working together on the management of successful promotions and rebates. Provide excellent customer service under challenging conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree with emphasis in marketing/communications a plus. Must be computer literate including Word and Excel.
