Associated Materials is a leading manufacturer of professionally installed exterior building products. We are able to meet the wide variety of homeowner, architect, builder and contractor needs through our Alside, Gentek, Revere, Ultraguard, Preservation and Alpine brands. Materials include premium vinyl, aluminum, or steel. Products include siding, windows, fencing, decking, and railing. This unique position in the industry enables Associated Materials to gain a larger share of America’s home exteriors.

The AMI Management Training Program cultivates qualified candidates through a combination of intense training and education – and most importantly, hands-on exposure in various real world job functions. Program content focuses on three core areas. These phases will include assignments in our manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and a custom rotation.

In each phase, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge and invaluable understanding on these disciplines and how they interrelate – experiencing the “excellence vision” inside and out. And when you successfully complete the program, diverse opportunities await you. As a graduate, you’ll be eligible to apply for a number of highly sought management or sales positions throughout our organization.
