Billing Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

This is a part-time position providing billing support and sales for
a local Internet Service Provider (ISP) with nationwide service. Billing Customer
service representative will use quickbooks and platypus billing platforms.

Skills:
Candidates must have working knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Word & Excel.

BCSR must have excellent customer service
skills, and be comfortable helping customers via phone, email or in person in a fast
paced call center environment. Candidates must be flexible and willing
to cross-train. This is primarily a weekday Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm position, but
might eventually open up to the weekends and evenings.

Experience:
Ideal billing customer service representatives have previous computer
billing experience.

Pay: Starting at $9. 00 per hour.
