for full-time employees to pick and choose among benefit options
and design plans that fit their needs.
The health and welfare benefits choices include
Health, Dental, Life, Long Term Disability and Accidental Death
and Dismemberment Insurance. Employees may also elect to utilize
a Medical Reimbursement Account and/or a Dependent Care Reimbursement
Account for eligible out of pocket medical/dependent care expenses
incurred during the year.
Retirement benefits include a 401(k) plan.
