Press Process Shift Manager for FL. SummaryThe Process Manager is accountable for overall performance and delivery of end products from the respective process job family (press, collation, warehouse, maintenance, or planning/scheduling) for a specific shift. Serve as the point person for their respective shift/job family throughout the budget process, and manage their budget throughout the year. The accountabilities include coordination of activities and communication of activities within their respective shift, with Process Managers on other shifts in the same job family, and Process Managers on any shift in other job families as appropriate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Participates, collaborates, and coaches Process Leads in the interview and selection process for their respective job family, shift, and other shifts and job families as required to build and maintain a qualified talent pool to meet Lean (process, quality, and safety) operational and strategic objectives. 2. Develops, coaches, and manages performance of Process Leads within his/her area of responsibility by monitoring, documenting and periodically reviewing direct reports utilizing a participative review process consistent with guidelines. Collaborates with other Process Managers in utilization of a participative process to develop and track Process Leads in teaming efforts required to support operational goals. Utilizes and educates his/her team in mediation process for conflict resolution and consensus building as appropriate. 3. Guides Process Leads in development planning of their respective areas, collaborates on cross-training plans for his/her respective area and works with other Process Managers to manage cross-training efforts across shifts and job families in a consistent manner. 4.
