Administrative Assistant / Spare Parts Coordinator
We need a talented individual to fill the role of Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Spare Parts Coordinator for Daifuku America Corporation.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to translate Japanese to English and English to Japanese verbally and in writing.
This position will support customers and take customer spare parts orders, all while maintaining customer satisfaction. This individual will also prepare orders for shipping; process invoices, resolve product, service, and inventory allocation problems.
The person in this role will assist the field service department with such things as travel arrangements, compiling data for budget review, and assist with project coordination.

Qualifications
Required
Must have the ability to communicate fluently verbally and in writing, both in English and Japanese. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS Office software. Must have at least two years of administrative experience. Should have previous experience in processing orders for not less than one year. Excellent multitasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction. Must have superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.
