Responsibilities:

Provide onsite client IT consulting services (requires 50% local travel) including but not limited to: design, installation, integration, implementation, and ongoing support. Support Sierra Associates, Inc. sales team with product architecture, assembling solutions for quotes, and meeting with customers to provide technical sales support. Maintain industry recognized certifications. Develop new IT solutions for demonstration and eventual roll out to customer base.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years experience with enterprise level IT solutions. Previous VAR or consulting experience a plus. Must have strong technical troubleshooting skills. Must be able to work in multiple environments with multiple projects happening concurrently. Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player. Candidate must have 3 years minimum experience working with Microsoft operating systems (Windows NT/2000). Experience working with Exchange, Citrix, backup solutions, security, and/or storage a plus. The ideal candidate would possess certifications such as MCSE, Citrix CCA, Cisco CCNA, or others. College degree is a plus.
