JONES BROS. , INC. 's growth continues in the South and Midwest areas.

We have the following positions available in our heavy / highway PAVING

group in several locations, including the Southeast and Midwest.

CONSTRUCTION / COST / PROJECT ENGINEERS - 1 entry level

position (COST), PROJECT & CONSTRUCTION require minimum

2 years FIELD experience on heavy / highway / paving projects; experience

with P3/SureTrak a MUST, good organizational and computer skills (MS

programs) are also required.

PROJECT MANAGERS - Minimum 5 years successful
experience

MANAGING DOT work AND/OR large CONCRETE PAVING projects.

Cost and production performance oriented with excellent SAFETY record a MUST.

Also must have a minimum 5 years Highway Building
experience, the ideal candidate will

be a team leader with an excellent
safety record, the understanding of the absolute necessity

of producing
quality work, demonstrate the qualities of a "Team" leader,
understand and be proficient in scheduling, cost control, and the ability
to maintain the consistency and

continuity of the project and to always
seek more efficient ways to improve.



CONCRETE PLANT OPERATORS -
Minimum 2 years experience.

Must be able to perform the operations and maintenance required to keep

plants in excellent operational condition. Erie, Johnson-Ross and Vance Hagen
plants.



QA/QC - With a minimum of 5 years experience the ideal candidate
will possess the skills and certifications for soils, aggregates, and
concrete work and the ability to obtain same from the various
states/owners in which the work is located. Travel is
required. Familiarity with profilograph a plus.
