Vancouver, BC
Guided by the vision, values and culture
of Sun Rich, and the short and long-term business
strategies and goals, the HR & Payroll Coordinator is
responsible for providing exceptional customer service
and fostering positive employee relations in managing
our payroll and benefits. This position will also
provide back-up support to the HR & Payroll Specialist
for the administration of salaried employees in Canada &
USA.
Duties include:
Payroll & Benefit
Administration
Enter and manage employee and
wage data in payroll system
Meet all bi-weekly deadlines
to ensure that payroll is transmitted in a timely
manner
Calculate, enter and audit
payroll adjustments for mid-pay actions (hires,
terminations, transfer, etc)
Calculate and enter statutory
payment as required (some must be manually
calculated)
Calculate and issue manual
cheques
Manual calculation of vacation
pay
Sign-up employees for benefits
and enter data into benefits system
Reconciliation of MSP, Life
Insurance and LTD components of benefit plan
Process payroll information
for WorkSafe BC and ICBC c |
