Western MA - Join a long established, hospital-owned practice currently comprised of 3 MDs, one who works full time and the other two job share. They are replacing job share with one full-time person. Call is 1:2 Mon-Thurs and 1:3 Fri afternoon - Sunday. They work out of 1 hospital which is low risk maternity and deliver 180 babies/year and have a seasoned midwife that delivers about half of the babies. Therefore, the 2 physicians will deliver about 90 babies/year between the two of them. This is an employed position. Salary is about $190-200K. The practice is currently located 1 mile from the hospital in a beautiful medical building with plans to move to the hospital.
Designated by the federal government as a critical access hospital, this Hospital provides essential health care services in collaboration with another Hospital in the region to ensure access to a full range of health care services. This Hospital sees over 12,000 patients a year in its Emergency Department, and provides a full range of primary care services and high-level medical care in a beautiful community setting.
North of Boston, MA - Four opportunities are available with a Hospital 40 minutes north of Boston that births over 2,000 babies a year with a Level II Nursery that is affiliated with an academic medical center in Boston:
- Join a solo practitioner who has been in private practice for 6 yrs. They are recruiting 2 more for the practice. Call is 1:5. Private practice with partnership track. They offer occurrence malpractice. The office is located at the hospital. They offer a competitive salary and benefits package; OR
- Employed opportunity to join multi-specialty health care organization at their office located 10 minutes from the Hospital. They are recruiting 2 physicians to join 6 other Ob/Gyns. Call 1:7-8. A very competitive salary and excellent benefit package is offered including occurrence malpractice. |
