Our Approach
In our pursuit of seeking new talent, we have a team-based approach to recruiting tomorrow's leaders off of today’s college campuses. We have built strong strategic partnerships with 15 target schools that, in addition to being nationally recognized, are also geographically representative of our 40+ U. S. locations. To complement these efforts, we have recruiting relationships with many other universities across the country.
