Full-Time Employment The Community Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the apartment community. The Assistant Manager is responsible for leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, and computerized data entry & reports. The Lead Maintenance is responsible for the overall maintenance of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance and major repairs (must be HVAC certified).
Part-Time Employment Please apply at your community office for any of these potential resident positions. A Community Assistant conducts marketing, leasing, and office administration. A Resident Maintenance Crew maintains the community and conducts maintenance repairs. A Shuttle Driver operates the van that serves our residents.
