| We are currently beginning the discovery phase of looking for vendor that provide pre-employment screening/assessment software. We have 4 US and 3 international inbound call centers in the retail industry. Our hiring process includes agents in Order Entry, Customer Service and E-Services (live chat and web). I would appreciate any recommendations on vendors you have utilized, as well as feedback on the pros & cons of the process if you currently conduct pre-employment assessments. Thanks. |
