Benefits
Medical and dental insurance
Intercim offers comprehensive medical and dental coverage for employees, spouses and dependants. Eligibility to participate is the first day of the month following the date of hire. Employees pay a portion of the total cost.
Life and disability insurance
The company pays 100% of the premiums for a $50,000 term life insurance policy for employees. Additionally, Intercim pays premiums for short and long-term disability coverage.
401(k) Retirement Plans
Intercim offers a tax qualified 401(k) plan for pre-tax contributions as well as a Roth 401(k) for after tax contributions. Intercim matches employee contributions (50% of the first 6%). Employees are eligible to participate in either plan on the first day of employment.
Healthcare and Dependant Care Account Programs
Intercim offers a pre-tax program designed to save employees money. Employees can set aside money through payroll deductions in pre-tax funds for healthcare and dependent care expenses each fiscal year.
Time off
Intercim offers employees paid time off for vacation, holiday and illness.
