Job Description
Fast growing Chicago based Internet commerce home theater retailer is looking for energetic and flexible person with some retail sales experience.

Inside Sales Manager and Customer Service Handle inbound orders and sales calls for customers and potential customers Set up quotes for customers in a timely basis Handle customer complaints start to finish as needed and work with vendors to solve. Use of email, excel and web a must Ability to learn new products and become knowledgeable on the products we sell. Close sales and ask for orders while maintaining target gross margins Communicate via email and phone with customers Ability to ask questions to help customers and purchase decisions and orders. Ability to with our vendors to solve customer problems Work in a team based environment to hit sales targets. Ability to multi task in fast paced environment Work on special projects as needed. Cross train to send purchase orders or place orders as needed. 5 days a week Required Hours:
Saturday: 10am to 6pm, 1/2 hour for lunch
Sunday: 10am to 6pm, 1/2 hour for lunch
Monday: 10am to 6pm, 1/2 hour for lunch
Tuesday: 10am to 6pm, 1/2 hour for lunch
Wednesday: 10am to 6pm, 1/2 hour for lunch
